I used TEC for my home inspection prior to buying a home and they were fantastic. I was assigned Chris Grozier and he... was incredibly thorough in his inspection and his attention to detail was incredible (and that's coming from someone who has high attention to detail ?). Unfortunately the first house I put an offer in on was not what I expected, but Chris' inspection gave me peace of mind and helped me dodge a bullet! I used him again for another house and got a thumbs up. As a result, I have incredibly high confidence that the issues discovered are the vast majority of things that need to be addressed and that I won't have any major surprises when I move in!When I scheduled both inspections, I spoke with Stephanie and she was incredibly helpful with getting me scheduled and making sure I had what I needed.Hopefully I won't need an inspector again any time soon, but if I do I'm absolutely using TEC and requesting Chris Grozier!read more
